Making a Purchase :

Artincolors.com currently only accepts payment via PayPal. You may pay using a credit card even if you do not have an account at PayPal.
All credit or debit card information supplied must be your own. Any fraudulent transaction of any kind, however made, will be investigated by the associated banks and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the applicable country.
Availability and Special Offers :
Artincolors.com reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of its service offerings at any time, but will make all reasonable efforts to honour any outstanding offers. Details of such changes will be published on this web site.
Artincolors.com reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. We may require your name and address to be verified before we despatch the item ordered.
Cancellation :
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being shipped. We accept cancellations by notifying us through the online enquiry form with the subject heading 'Cancel Order.' Please ensure that you quote your name, address and PayPal Transaction ID.
Shipping & Handling :
Paintings are supplied without frames and shipped in a sturdy document tube. Shipping costs do not include any additional charges such as local taxes and customs duty which may apply to the destination country.
Insurance :
If you wish to ensure your purchase against loss or damage you should advise us at the time of order by using the special instructions part of the order form.
Delivery Schedule :
Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days. Delivery is by Priority Air Mail and should normally be 4 - 7 days. Delays in the postal systems can increase the delivery time so this cannot be guaranteed.
If an order has not been received please contact us using our online form. We would ask you to wait up to 21 days before contacting us, since it is possible for your order to be delayed by your country customs authority. To this extent, we can not be held responsible or liable for any delays in delivery.
Force Majeure :
If Artincolors.com is unable to provide a service for any reason beyond its reasonable control (including without limitation acts of God, war, riot, strikes, power failure or governmental action). Such failure shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any contract entered freely into with any customer to supply the services offered on this site.
Customs Duties :
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these policies and cannot predict how they may be applied. All customs charges and taxes must be borne by the customer. You should contact your local customs office for further information about such charges that may be applied to your delivered goods.
Artincolors.com can accept no responsibility for goods seized by the relevant Customs or Government authorities, however slight the chances of that may be.
Credit Card Security :
All credit card transactions comply with current security requirements using the latest encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for transmission to and from PayPals secure web servers. Artincolors.com do not receive or store your credit card details. Goods ordered can only be despatched to the registered card holders address.
Guarantee :
All paintings supplied are guaranteed originals hand-painted by the artist. Each painting is personally signed by the artist Luzette Villareal and there are no duplicates.

Any email communication contains an unsubscribe link that enables you to automatically remove yourself from my mailing list at anytime. We also operate a double opt-in policy which means you will be sent an email requesting that you confirm your request before you can be registered with us.
Returns Policy :
You may return unwanted goods within 5 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and are still in the same original condition as when despatched to you.
Upon receipt and confirmation that the returned goods have been received in the original condition we will refund any monies due less shipping costs and an administration charge of $10. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Currency
All prices and donations on the site are quoted in US Dollars, (USD).
